الطهي البطيء: اطبخ القطر المغلي مع النشا المطبوخ وحمض الليمون وباقي السكر على نار هادئة جداً مع التحريك المتواصل ساعة حتى يثخن ويصبح زجاجياً مطاطياً.

أضف ماء الزهر والمكسرات وافرده في صينية مرشوشة بنشا وسكر وقطّعه مكعبات.
